I can't express how disappointed I am with this seller. The last panels placed on the right side were purposely hidden last in the container as they were folded in half in more than 10 different places on each panel. We were completely deceived by this seller and we cannot afford these panels to be installed. Our customer for over 20 years denied the entire batch of products irresponsibly manufactured by this seller. I would like to return all the panels to be redone. See attached the 24 panels completely bent, crumpled, scratches, repackaged and crooked in no condition for use. In addition to all these problems, they cut the panels outside of the requested size (varying up from one 25mm in length) and without finishing the cuts of each panel, turning them into a murderous weapon when unloading the panels from the container.

egarding your comments, our company will explain:The protective film on the panel must be torn off before use. You have assigned BV Company to inspect the goods. BV Company is an authoritative inspection agency. When you see the inspection report issued by BV Company and there are no product quality issues, you pay the final payment. The panel shown in the picture is defective and bent. Why don't you say that the panel was bent and damaged due to a small number of people during unloading, Why did we ask for compensation again after receiving the goods and installing them after Alibaba arbitration, and maliciously gave our company a negative review
